Recap of Summer 2007 and New School Year!

Hello! We all had a very busy summer here at the library. Our Teen Summer Reading Game was very popular -- we had 66 entries over the four weeks, and four of you won prizes! Here are some of the books you enjoyed:

Keep your eyes open for programs this fall...



For high school juniors and seniors, it would be a good idea to attend our College Interviewing Workshop for Teens, Wednesday, 11/7 at 7 p.m. An experienced college admissions counselor will help you present yourself in the best way to the colleges of your choice. Parents are welcome to attend, registration begins 10/24.

We also now have PLAYAWAYS, an entire book pre-loaded digitally on an MP3 player the size of a deck of cards -- All you need are headphones!
